Kevin Hart and Associates was established in 1992 with an emphasis on historical restoration and custom home design.
Over time, the firm broadened its services to include several successful projects in the commercial, institutional and industrial fields. Our full service staff includes licensed civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers.
The practice is comprised of licensed architects, drafters, designers, and mechanical/structural/electrical engineers.
Key members of the staff have extensive experience in historical renovation and design and are active members in the Historical Trust. The firm has been recognized for outstanding design with awards from the cities of Warren, Royal Oak, Garden City, Huntington Woods and Detroit. Kevin Hart and Associates has received over 25 Top Honors in Hour Magazine, the Detroit Home Design Awards Competition.
Situated in Southeastern Michigan the practice has branched out to projects throughout the nation, including Florida, New York, Colorado, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Upper Michigan, Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, Tennessee, Idaho and Texas. Kevin Hart, AIA, is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
